感謝您選擇我們的產品，產品提供服務由他の Collection提供。
若您購買並使用我們的產品和服務，即表示您同意這些條款。
1. 所有訂單均以驗收和可用性為準，您放入購物車的商品不予保留，也可由其他客戶購買。
2. 您的訂單成功建立後，您將收到我們的訂單確認電子郵件，亦代表您和我們之間的買賣合約已經確立，並受條款和條件約束。 在法律允許的最大範圍內，您不得取消或修改訂單。
3. 我們無法保證本網站上顯示的任何產品隨時可供銷售。 如果我們因任何原因無法接受任何訂單，我們保留取消訂單並退還您已支付給我們的金額（或部分）的權利。如果我們行使此權利，將不會負上任何責任。
4. 所有的模型精品不設維修、退換貨及退款服務，您在確認訂單及付款前必須仔細確認產品款色、顔色、尺寸等。如對產品有甚麽疑問，請您在下單前聯絡我們了解更多。
5. 若果所收到的產品與你的訂單内容不符並需要換貨，請你在收到貨的3天内聯絡我們並於7天内寄回或自行帶回本公司進行更換。
6. 所有需要更換的產品必須要以原始狀態及完整包裝退回，包括文件、手冊和附件，若用家已打開包裝或使用產品，本公司將不會接受退貨或退款要求。我們強烈建議客戶於購買產品後保留相關包裝至少七天。
7. 如果需要退回的產品包裝、配件等不完整及影響二次銷售，我們將會向您收取產品價錢50%的重新上架費用。
中英文版本如有歧異，一概以英文版為準。如有任何爭議，他の Collection將保留最終決定權 。

By using our Products and Services, you are agreeing to these terms.
1. All orders are subject to acceptance and availability, and items which you have placed in your shopping cart are not reserved and may be purchased by other customers.
2. Once Your Order is successfully accepted, you will receive an order confirmation email from us. The contract between you and us is thereby established and is bound by the Terms and Conditions. You shall, to the fullest extent permitted by the applicable law, neither cancel nor amend the order howsoever.
3. We cannot guarantee any Products shown on the Website are available for sale at any time. If We cannot satisfy any order for any reason, we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund the amount (or part thereof) which you have paid to us and shall not be liable to any person should we exercise such right.
4. All of the figures are not able to exchange, return, refund and maintain. Please check all product information, including product model, specifications and price before placing the order. If you have any product questions, please contact us before you place your order.
5. If the model you have received are not the same with your order list, please contact us within 3 days and return the product to us within 7 days. We will advise you the return and exchange procedure accordingly.
6. All products must be returned in original condition including packaging, documentation, manuals and accessories. The product cannot be returned if it is already used or opened by customer. We strongly recommend you keep your packaging for at least the first 7 days after purchase.
7. 50% of your product amount will be charged as restocking fee if you have opened or used the item which it affect the resale of the product.
TA-Collection reserves all rights and final decision in case of dispute.
